Sony morphed into the tablet market and announced in April 2011 they were developing tablets to keep stride with technology and stay competitive with the ever changing world of electronics. A fully charged battery will last for about 8 hours with heavy use and can be fully charged overnight. Sony seems to miss the mark in one area, and that is the speakers. They are not powerful enough when viewing a movie and require headphones for the total movie watching experience. Users expect that to be an upgrade next time around.
Sony includes WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, front and rear camera, Sony PlayStation capabilities, an Android operating system, a better than average display in size and clarity and outstanding portability.
